X Factor’s Champ Matt Terry’s Winner’s Single supporting our work

Together for Short Lives is so thrilled that Matt Terry is the 2016 X Factor Winner! We loved hearing Matt debuting his winner’s single ‘When Christmas Comes Around’ at the final on Sunday 11 December. This is an original Christmas song written by Ed Sheeran for this year’s winner of The X Factor. All proceeds from the track are in aid of Together for Short Lives and Shooting Star Chase. You can download the single here

Matt Terry said: “I cannot believe I have won. It’s everything I have ever wanted. A massive thank you to everyone that helped to get me here, this is for them. And thank you to Nicole for believing in me from the very beginning.”

‘When Christmas Comes Around’ is the ninth charity release from The X Factor and the fifth winner’s single where profits have been donated to charity. Simco Limited will donate 100% of its profits from the sale of each download and in respect of all streaming in the UK and the Republic of Ireland to be shared equally by Together for Short Lives and Shooting Star Chase.
