Simon Cowell backs Children's Hospice Week

As part of Children's Hospice Week celebrations Simon Cowell, Patron of Together for Short Lives, has been meeting families from one of the UK's 49 children's hospices.

He recently visited Chestnut Tree House children's hospice in West Sussex where he spent time with children, families and care staff.

Following his visit Simon Cowell invited four children, supported by Chestnut Tree House, to the Britain's Got Talent studios to watch rehearsals.

Simon Cowell said: "Children's hospices are truly remarkable places, helping ordinary people in extraordinary situations. As Patron of Together for Short Lives I'm calling on you to be a hero and get involved in Children's Hospice Week."
