Together we Trek is Together for Short Lives’ flagship trekking challenge. This year, on 7th September, we will be taking on a trek of 22 miles (approx) of the beautiful Cotswolds!
We meet early morning for event registration in Bourton-on-the-Water, followed by event briefing. Bourton-on-the Water is located in the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Beauty, also known as “Venice of the Cotswolds” – a great location to start our challenge!
Our route heads out onto the Oxfordshire Way through Wyck Rissington and Bledington before joining the Diamond Way. We continue trekking along this route through Daylesford, Adlestrop and heading into Lower Oddington. The final leg of our challenge will join the Macmillan way before joining a path alongside the River Windrush and heading back into Bourton-on-the-Water and over the finish line. Trekking distance – approx. 21 miles
You CAN hit that sponsorship target!
Don’t be overwhelmed by the sponsorship, you’ll make it and who knows – you may even smash it!
As well as asking friends, family and colleagues for donations, you can also organise extra fundraising activities to reach your goal. When you sign up, you’ll receive a fundraising pack which has loads of ideas to help get you started. It’s split into two sections; covering quick fundraising ideas for busy people and larger fundraising activities such as setting up a pub quiz.
We are always here to help support you in reaching your goal, so feel free to get in touch with us any time. If you have any questions or concerns please contact Nathan Fuller on email@example.com.
