Leading insurance risk and commercial law specialist, BLM, selected Together for Short Lives as their charity partner in 2019. The partnership is operational across all of BLM’s 13 offices. Initially set to span two years, the partnership has since been extended to three years, to continue supporting the UK’s children’s hospices until 2022.
BLM’s charity partnerships are part of the firm’s commitment to making a positive contribution to society and the communities it operates in. BLM has undertaken a series of fundraising and volunteering activity to make a significant difference for the 54 children’s hospices across the UK, and children and families they provide their vital care for.
In 2019 BLM had 20 individuals from their head office in Manchester take part in the Manchester Half Marathon, raising over £4,000. They have also held countless bake sales, spin-a-thons, Santa Runs and more to raise vital funds for the charity.
