On 1 October 2011 Children’s Hospices UK (previously known as The Association of Children’s Hospices) – registered charity number 1103795 merged with ACT (Association for Children’s Palliative Care) -registered charity number 1075541 and all its activities and assets were transferred to the new charity, Together for Short Lives. Some Wills may state these previous charity names or use an old address. Gifts left in these wills are still valid but please contact us using the details provided so we can assist you.

How to pay the legacy gift to Together for Short Lives
