Together for Short Lives is the leading UK charity that speaks for all children with life-threatening and life-limiting conditions and all those who support, love and care for them. When children are unlikely to reach adulthood, we – and our members – aim to make a lifetime of difference for children and their families.
Together for Short Lives is looking for representatives from across the children’s palliative care sector to sit on our new Advisory Council. Representatives will contribute their expertise and communicate their views on issues affecting children’s palliative care to inform and advise our work.
The Advisory Council will bring together people from different parts of the children’s palliative care sector to discuss key issues and priorities. It will advise the Board and senior team at Together for Short Lives on emerging trends and issues.
We are looking for candidates from across the UK who are involved in children’s palliative care, with an ability to contribute at a strategic level. The Advisory Council will meet 3 times per year and travel expenses will be reimbursed.
