Bereavement Care Co-ordinator
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a growing and rapidly developing and transferable service within the bereavement and palliative care team to make a real difference to the care families receive. You will offer expert care and continued development of bereavement care and services within BWCH and will play a significant role in coordinating an effective Bereavement Service. The role will be sensitive to the needs of families whose baby or child is nearing the end of life or whose baby, child or young person has died with opportunities to develop the role and improve the patient and family experience.
