The Care Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the carers, which may include absence management, performance management, disciplinary and grievances and the recruitment and selection of staff. This role also has the responsibility of ensuring the daily coordination of cares, liaison with families and ensuring that process of providing rapid care to patients is followed so patients do not breach 12 weeks of care.

You will work from our Tring or St Albans office but working at all Rennie Grove offices may be necessary on occasion to carry out this role so a car and driving licence will be essential.

You will therefore need:

experience in a similar role
experience of coordinating the organisation, delivery and monitoring of care rotas and caseloads for carers
previous team management experience
experience of care records, Microsoft applications and Outlook functions in a clinical setting
experience of working with databases and other IT systems, including writing and producing reports/ statistics
excellent verbal and written communication skills using a variety of media and tools
excellent customer care skills – customer engagement and building strong working relationships
caring and empathetic approach.
