Children’s Learning Disability Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Learning Disabilities Nurse who has a desire to work with children with complex health needs and life-limiting conditions to work as part of the multi-professional Care Services team in the delivery of a 24 hour Paediatric palliative care service.
