Keech Hospice Care has an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic Children’s Palliative Care Nurse with an understanding of palliative care and children with complex needs to come and join the Children’s Community team. The community team offers holistic support, symptom management and end of life care across Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Milton Keynes. The post holder must be able to demonstrate up to date professional development as well as good clinical and communication skills.

The role requires the post holder to have a full UK driving license and undertake an enhanced DBS check.
