The role of Clinical Support Administrator is in place to provide efficient and comprehensive support to the Hospice at Home, Day Services and Patient Services teams. You will be based at our Chalfont St Giles office but may need to provide office cover across all Rennie Grove office locations (Chalfont St Giles, Tring and St Albans), so a car and driving licence will be essential.
Administrative and secretarial responsibilities, along with acting as a focal point for contact are the key activities for this role. You will therefore need to demonstrate:
good standard of general education, with GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English (grade A to C)
relevant office administration experience
experience of working with databases and other IT systems, including producing reports/statistics and MS office
effective team working
high standard of telephone training and ability to professionally respond to emotional/distressing telephone calls
excellent communications skills
ability to prioritise effectively and produce work to high standards under pressure
ability to maintain confidentiality
