Demelza provides specialist care and emotional support for children and young people with terminal conditions and their loved ones, across Kent, East Sussex and South East London.

We require an experienced administrator with excellent communication and customer service skills to support the day to day running of all aspects of community fundraising activity.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills and good attention to detail with a proven ability to work under pressure and experience of donor or customer care. Experience of using databases will be an added advantage as well as the ability to handle enquires by telephone and in writing.
This role involves working some evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
