As Community Fundraising Assistant you will work with the Community Fundraiser, supporting and developing community fundraising in Norfolk. You will be involved in a wide range of fundraising activities supported by fundraising volunteers and provide excellent stewardship to supporters fundraising for EACH.

You will assist in the development of new areas of community involvement in order to increase income. This might include community groups and organisations, pubs, clubs, youth, schools etc and you’ll also be responsible for particular projects as required, dealing efficiently with the complex administrative tasks associated with these projects, such as coordinating mailings or researching new opportunities.

You will have excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills as well as the ability to work under pressure and prioritise in a busy environment. You will be ambitious, innovative and target driven and have the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
