We are looking for a talented Data & Insights Executive to join our friendly and busy Data & Supporter Services Team. Working alongside and supporting our Fundraising and Marketing Teams, this new role will enhance our Income Generation activities by providing reports and insights into activities across all income streams. You will provide analysis and develop regular and ad-hoc reporting, insights into supporter behaviour, and advise on optimising and improving the effectiveness of fundraising and marketing activities to drive responsiveness and engagement.
You will be enthusiastic, proactive, and can demonstrate strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret results and draw conclusions and high-quality analysis. You will combine technical knowledge with strong interpersonal and communication skills and be committed to delivering an excellent customer experience internally. This is a permanent role, and in return for your work with us we can offer you a competitive salary of £26,985 – £33,462 per annum.

Essential skills and experience for the role:
- experience in providing data analysis and insights across fundraising – and marketing activities
- experience of using databases, preparing reports, and extracting information
- be highly numerate with the ability to analyse and synthesis data and complex information from a number of sources
- experience of working with colleagues across several teams
- have strong communications skills and be able to communicate clearly in written reports, presentations and meetings.
