We are looking for an individual experienced in a customer relationship management database, ideally Raiser’s Edge, to assist our Supporter Services team, do you have the skills to take on this challenge?
You will be an excellent communicator with proven experience of developing and delivering technical training to delegates of all abilities. You will be a proficient organiser who is able to re-prioritise a changing workload, meeting tight deadlines.
You will have extensive knowledge of Microsoft packages to include a comprehensive working knowledge of Excel and Word.
You must have the ability to work under pressure, with a solution-based approach and focus to your work. Your methodical approach to working will enable you to show your high level of attention to detail. You will work well in as well as on your own initiative.
A full understanding of Data Protection is essential.
