Are you looking for a new challenge? We seek a Deputy Director of Marketing and Communications to drive the strategic development and delivery of our marketing and communication work, to support the acquisition and retention of supporters and help us reach more families across Kent, South East London and East Sussex. Projects will include the repositioning our brand identity, increasing our public awareness whilst also optimising and growing our digital presence.
With your expert knowledge of charity marketing and communication, and experience of managing a team, you will lead the development and implementation of our marcomms strategy, working within the organisation’s leadership team in the development of charity-wide strategies, culture and activity.
You will have experience across the marketing mix notably in marketing planning, PR, building a strong digital presence, budget management and brand development. You will be driven and self-motivated, and good interpersonal communications skills are paramount. Knowledge of healthcare marketing and communication is desirable.
