We are expanding our digital marketing team so if you would like to be part of our digital growth transformation why not take a look at this great opportunity to join a friendly team doing great work for a great cause.

We are looking for an experienced digital campaign specialist to plan, manage and optimise our paid digital campaigns which are an important part of our communications mix to reach new and existing audiences to generate charitable donations for our much-loved charity based in Oxford. In return for your work, we can offer you a competitive salary of £32,000 – £41,000 per annum, with an anticipated recruitment range – £32,000 – £35,000 per annum.

This is a new hands-on role, based at home with occasional need to travel to Oxford. You will be joining an established and friendly marketing team and you will be helping us raise vital funds to help local terminally ill children. Increasingly we are turning to digital platforms to engage our audience so you will be joining us at an exciting time for the charity.

Your specialist skills will be put to good use to help us achieve campaign objectives with a finite budget and to confidently work with and advise colleagues who will be relying on your experience and advice to help shape our digital campaigns.

Reporting to the Head of Brand & Marketing Communications, you will join our friendly and busy marketing team and work in partnership with a Digital Content Manager. Working together you will create compelling and engaging digital campaigns on behalf of the charity.

The team are working from home just now, but this role will be a hybrid role and you will work primarily at home and also sometimes at our offices and hospice in Oxford. You will work closely with everything the charity does to help local terminally ill children and their families and you will see at first-hand how your skills and expertise is making a real difference.

The hospice:

Helen & Douglas House, based in Oxford, is the world’s first children’s hospice. We care for terminally ill babies, children and young people and their families at our hospice and at home. It is a special place that feels like home, where families can make the most of their time together and create happy memories during their children’s short lives. As a charity, we rely almost entirely on voluntary donations to support our work.

The closing date for this role is 23rd May 2021.
