We support families across Surrey and London from diagnosis to end of life and throughout bereavement with a range of nursing, practical, emotional and medical care.
This is a great opportunity to lead the care service of one of the UK’s largest and most innovative children’s hospice services. This comes at a time of rising demand for our services.
The Director of Care Services will provide high quality, dynamic and inspiring leadership. You will lead on strategic development and delivery of our services, exhibiting a clear passion and commitment for our work. You will ensure adherence to the highest standards of clinical care and you will also drive research, education and innovation regarding best evidenced care for our children. Working alongside our Leadership Team, you will also contribute to the wider strategic development of the organisation. You will be an inspiring senior manager who has worked in a clinical environment with substantial experience in managing and developing multidisciplinary teams.
You will be a registered nurse or midwife and have a minimum of 5 years at a senior level in a clinical setting. If you have a passion for children’s palliative care, exceptional leadership, and strong management skills and want to have an impact on the way our care service is delivered, then we look forward to hearing from you.
