Demelza provides specialist care and emotional support for children and young people with serious and terminal conditions and their loved ones, across Kent, East Sussex and South East London.

We seek an individual to join our busy Events team to assist with the planning, promotion, and delivery of the Demelza Hospice Care for Children events programme and care of our participants.

  • you will be able to demonstrate excellent planning and organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail. You will have a good understanding and practical knowledge of Microsoft Office packages. Experience of working with a fundraising database is desirable.
  • with your self-motivated approach to working, you will be innovative and committed to delivering high-quality donor care. Availability to work flexibly is required, with some evening or weekend work required as part of this role.
  • this role will require travel throughout our catchment area, so a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle with business use insurance is essential. Please note this role will involve working remotely for a temporary period due to COVID-19
