Family Liaison Nurse
We’re recruiting a Family Liaison Nurse
for our Children’s Service
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced children’s nurse to join our Family Support Team. You will be working as part of a dedicated service committed to the provision and co-ordination of support and advocacy for children, young people and their families. Experience in Children’s Community nursing, health visiting or learning disabilities nursing would be an advantage.
You will be passionate about working with children and families, working in a holistic, multi professional manner to ensure the best support package possible. You must be experienced in managing a caseload of children and families’ with complex needs and working collaboratively across agencies. The post holder will provide emotional, psychological, practical and social support to children, young people and their families as part of the Family Support Team.
Salary £35,500-£37,800 Full time equivalent (dependent on experience)
30-37.5 hours a week
