We are looking for an exceptional leader and educator to lead and develop our clinical education provision across both of Hospices. We have a strong reputation in providing clinical education within the hospice sector, and this is a key appointment. We’re looking for an ambitious individual who is inspired to shape and develop our educational offering to its full potential.

This role is a key driver to ensure the organisation meets, and where achievable exceeds, the requirements of CQC standards that relate to education and training.

The post holder will plan, promote and arrange delivery of end of life and palliative care education and practice development with the Hospices and the health and care system locality (Sussex, SE Hants). They will build relationships across the locality with key stakeholders and partners in identifying opportunities for working collaboratively where appropriate.

The successful applicant will be a registered health care professional having gained significant experience in a health-based senior management role, and have a proven track record of successfully managing teams, budgets and quality assurance systems.

If the challenge appeals and you have the requisite skills, we’d love to receive your completed application form.
