We are looking for an IT Customer Service Executive to provide first line customer service and support across all aspects of Demelza’s IT systems, across all areas of the organisation. This role will also provide IT training and development support to all users across Demelza. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about making digital more accessible to everyone.

With your experience of IT incident and problem management, you will be able to spot trends and patterns in reports to the IT helpdesk and deliver agile and innovative training through different means – i.e. workshops, drop ins, simple language guides, 1-1 support and YouTube videos. This will be for software, hardware and databases – both existing and for new implementation.

Whilst the role is based in Sittingbourne, Kent, the postholder will be based at Eltham, SE London, at least one day per week and will need to travel to our shops, other care sites and hubs, and the retail warehouse in Maidstone.

There may be occasional evening and weekend working, if necessary to provide support out of office hours. As this role requires regular travel across our operating region, a full driving licence and access to own vehicle for business use – or access to reliable transport arrangements – will be essential.

Apply now to join #TeamDemelza and be part of our passion and dedication to be there when we are needed the most.

For an informal chat please call Iain Rawson, IT Manager, on 07525 813884.

Closing Date – Sunday 19th September 2021
