Noah’s Ark’s mission is to provide care and support for babies, children and young people in north and central London who have a life-limiting or life-threatening condition; and to ensure that families are able to live life as fully as possible. At Noah’s Ark, we’re changing the landscape for paediatric palliative care in north and central London with talented individuals who share our passion to improve the lives of seriously unwell children and their families. Soon to be based in The Ark, a specialist children’s hospice building set on a stunning 7.5 acre nature reserve, we work to build an inclusive environment in which everyone, regardless of gender, race, religion, age, or background, can do their best work.

The role
Our Major Donor Fundraiser will have the opportunity to:
– Gain wide-ranging experience by developing your own portfolio of major donors and supporting the development of portfolio of corporate partners
– Raise significant funds quickly and make a real difference
– Support and learn from an experienced and very successful Major Giving Team
– Work at a dynamic charity at a transformational point in its growth
The Successful applicant will have
 Exceptional spoken and written use of English language with the ability to convey relevant detail clearly and concisely
 Experience of establishing and managing effective external relationships
 Exceptional time management and organisational skills
 Ability to think laterally to tailor communications to create personal connections with prospective and current supporters
 Empathy with the work undertaken by Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospice

What we can offer
We are offering a salary between £24,000 – £27,000 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience) plus benefits and flexible working opportunities.
