We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Partnerships Executive to join our newly formed Partnerships Team. We have just restructured our Fundraising Team, and have brought together our Corporate, Trusts and Foundations and Major Donors teams to facilitate better collaboration across these high-value income streams. The Partnerships Executive is a brand new role created to support this new way of working. You will be responsible for a brand new Small Trusts Programme, a calendar of cultivation events, regular communications for our new mid-level giving product Children’s Champion’s, and prospect research. Income is expected to rise over the next 5 years, and this will be an important role in making it happen.

You will have strong interpersonal skills, alongside an ability to simultaneously work on different projects. The position requires someone with a can-do attitude, with good numeracy and written communication skills. In return for your work, we can offer you a competitive salary of £25,000 – £31,000 per annum, with an anticipated recruitment range of £25,000 – £28,000 per annum.

This role offers the right candidate a great opportunity to make a real impact in an extraordinary children’s hospice charity based in Oxford. The ideal candidate will have experience in either trusts, major donors or corporate fundraising, or prospect research and/or events management.

This role is currently home-based, although we anticipate some office-based working in the future. We are looking for a candidate who can work full time but we are open to further discussions and to flexible working.

We do extraordinary work here at Helen & Douglas House. If you would love to be part of the team and can share that passion with others, we would love to hear from you.
