An exciting opportunity has arisen for the role of Practice Development Nurse to be part of our forward-thinking, award winning organisation where the team is valued. This will be a part-time position and will involve supporting new starters with their orientation and competency framework and working closely with the HR team to review the training needs of clinical team.

The role will also support all external training that we deliver as well as delivering clinical education and training in house. The individual will also work alongside the nurse rotation project that we are working on with CHAL.

We are seeking an experienced nurse to join our Care Team, led by the Director of Care. You will be committed to providing the highest possible standard of care and support to babies, children, young people and their families within our local community. This is a hugely exciting time to be joining the team as we continue to expand our services.

Hours: 22.5 hours per week

Salary: Band 7 Agenda for Change payscale dependent on experience plus London Allowance
