Derian House Children’s Hospice is proud to have been providing high quality care to children and young people with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions for the last 25 years.
As we plan for the future developing and growing our services we are looking for experienced children’s nurses who are passionate about delivering outstanding care and are keen to develop their skills in palliative care.
So if you feel you are able to help us provide the best possible care to meet the individual needs of children and young people with life-limiting and life threatening conditions and provide support to their families, we’d love to hear from you.
The Derian care team provides symptom management, palliative and end-of-life care, as well as short break respite care to children, young people and their families across Lancashire, South Cumbria and Greater Manchester. Supported by our dedicated community team, family support team, neonatal services and young people’s services we are able to provide a wide range of support and care in a variety of settings.
