Are you looking for your next challenge to work as part of the multi-professional Care Services team in the delivery of a 24hr Paediatric palliative care service?

If so, we would love to hear from you as we are currently recruiting a registered Nurse to work within our Hospice setting in the beautiful location of Sully, near Cardiff.

This role will interface with service users, colleagues in care services both in hospice and community teams and GP and NHS colleagues as necessary.

More about the role

As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver safe, clinical nursing care to children during stays at the hospice and in the community where necessary, support the participation of the child and family in all aspects of their care delivery, working as part of the multi-professional team to meet the total needs of the child and family.

You will deliver nursing care in line with the All Wales Palliative Care Standards for Children and Young People’s Specialised Healthcare Services and the End of life care for infants, children and young people with life-limiting conditions Nice Guidelines (2016)

You will assess, plan and deliver individual nursing care administering medication and clinical interventions in line with Tŷ Hafan policy and NMC requirements.
