Demelza provides specialist care and emotional support for children and young people with serious and terminal conditions and their loved ones, across Kent, East Sussex and South East London.

We seek an individual with proven experience of running successful events, ideally in the charity or voluntary sector, to join our Events Team. You will have significant knowledge of budgeting and creating innovative events, mass participation products and campaigns.
You will have a wide range of relationship management skills which will demonstrate your excellent ability to communicate with a wide range of groups. You will be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail. A good understanding and practical knowledge of Microsoft packages is essential, and experience of working with a fundraising database is desirable.
With your self-motivated approach to working, you will be innovative and committed to delivering high quality donor care. This role will involve regular evening and weekend working, and require regular travel throughout our catchment area, so a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle with the appropriate insurance is essential.
