- degree level/diploma
- formal counselling qualification
- relevant experience of managing staff/volunteers
- proven experience of working effectively in a team
- experience of working with bereaved families
- experience in palliative care
- caring and empathetic approach

- your own car and driving licence
We offer development, flexible working, opportunities to volunteer and 27 days holiday per year plus bank holidays (pro rata).
This role is in place to assist the Head of Family Support Service in maintaining and developing the Rennie Grove family support service and strategy. You will work from Grove House, St Albans, however travel between all Rennie Grove offices is required so a car and driving licence will be essential.
Part-time hours are available with the possibility of two part-time roles.
