We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager – Healthcare to increase the brand equity, visibility and reach of Demelza within healthcare communities. Do you have the skills and expertise to take on this varied and challenging role?

We want to support even more children, young people and their families, but we need to raise awareness of who we are and the much-needed work we do. You will engage with our sector partners and prospective partners to build strong relationships and better understand how we are perceived. You will use this insight to inform your healthcare-focused marketing activity, devising and implementing plans whilst working closely with colleagues to determine the most cost-effective and creative ways to advertise Demelza’s services and increase referrals.

You will have experience across the marketing mix notably in marketing planning and delivering trailblazing marketing campaigns. Your creative flair and project management skills should be underpinned by a demonstrable track record of strong and effective delivery to drive audience engagement and participation.

You will be driven and self-motivated, and good interpersonal communications skills are paramount. Previous experience within the third sector or healthcare sector is essential.

Demelza provides specialist care and emotional support for children and young people with serious and terminal conditions and their loved ones, across Kent, East Sussex and South East London.
