Demelza provides specialist care and emotional support for children and young people with serious and terminal conditions and their loved ones, across Kent, East Sussex and South East London.
We help with every element of life for a child or young person with a serious or terminal condition by providing tailored care. From diagnosis through to end of life and bereavement services, we’re there for that journey.
We are currently looking for a Band 6 equivalent Senior Registered Nurse with knowledge and experience of children’s palliative care and complex care to join our Nursing team with a focus on setting up and providing palliative care in the child’s own home.

You will also recruit, lead and manage HCA’s working in the Demelza Care at Home Team and residential hospice. Our Care at Home and residential hospice services work closely together and you may be required to support residential services within the hospice as required to meet the needs of children and families.
