The role of Supporting Hands Assistant is in place to work alongside the Supporting Hands Coordinator and Head of Family Support Services to continue to develop and evaluate the Supporting Hands Volunteer Service.
good general standard of education including Maths and English GCSE Grade A to C (or equivalent)
good level of organisational and administrative skills with high attention to detail
ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive and effective working relationships
ability to maintain confidentiality
a caring and empathetic approach.
You will work at our Tring office, however travel to all Rennie Grove offices and within the Rennie Grove catchment area is required so a car and driving licence will be essential.
