We are looking for additional trustees to join the Board.
Trustees are the people who share ultimate responsibility for the overall governance and set the strategy for the charity. Essentially, the role involves providing scrutiny and contribution to the Board. As Tŷ Hafan’s trustees hold a non-executive position, they do not get involved in the day-to-day or operational running of the Charity.
Candidates must be confident in a Board environment and have the ability to provide robust scrutiny and constructive challenge at Board and Committee level. Information on Tŷ Hafan’s governance structure can be found at https://www.tyhafan.org/annual-review/.
We are particularly interested in hearing from individuals with legal expertise.
These are voluntary positions with an expected time commitment of around two days per month.
Alternatively, a co-opted position could be an opportunity for you to share your expertise serving a committee, bringing valuable skills in digital transformation, health and safety, or information governance, for example.
We recommend that all candidates who are interested in these positions who have not served as Trustees also visit:

Closing date for applications is 30 November 2021.
In the first instance, informal enquiries or expressions of interest should be made to Susan Sullivan at firstname.lastname@example.org, or call 029 2053 2247.
