Ty Hafan Trustee

We are looking for additional trustees to join the Board.

Trustees are the people who share ultimate responsibility for the overall governance and set the strategy for the charity. Essentially, the role involves providing scrutiny and contribution to the Board. As Tŷ Hafan’s trustees hold a non-executive position, they do not get involved in the day to day or operational running of the Charity.

Candidates must be confident in a Board environment and have the ability to provide robust scrutiny and constructive challenge at Board and Committee level. Information on Tŷ Hafan’s governance structure can be found here https://www.tyhafan.org/annual-review/

We are particularly interested in hearing from individuals with senior level fundraising and HR backgrounds. These are voluntary positions with an expected time commitment of around two days per month.
