Join Together for Short Lives’ Digital Care Forum to share expert advice and seek opinion from children’s palliative care professionals across the globe. Our digital care forum is a safe and private web-based platform that connects like-minded professionals who want to share, exchange and discuss children’s palliative care approaches.
The group is open to any practitioner or professional with an interest in children’s palliative care. It’s a free and private space that helps professionals to support one another in their work caring for seriously ill children. The forum is the go-to place if you want to seek or give expert children’s palliative care advice.
How to join
You can access the forum here. Only registered users can join, so you’ll be asked to register an account the first time you visit, and you’ll be asked to login on subsequent visits. If you register with an email address from a domain that we know (eg @togetherforshortlives.org.uk, or one of member organisations) your membership should be approved immediately. If you register with a personal email address (@hotmail.com, @gmail.com etc) or an unknown domain your membership will have to be approved by a moderator.
Once you’ve registered and signed in there are instructions on how to use the forum in the ‘Forum New User’ topic, in the ‘General’ category.
Please be respectful when you post, and respect the confidentiality of the forum – you should never share information posted on the forum without the first seeking permission from whoever posted on the forum.
