Defining moments in children's palliative care:
Transforming the family experience
10 & 11 May 2017 | Conference Aston, Birmingham
Every family caring for a child with a life-limiting condition goes through many critical points throughout their journey together. Some points are challenging and others require a major transformation in how their child’s care is delivered. And some fail – because services and systems are either missing or fragmented.
By working together, we can start to transform this journey for children, young people and their family.
