Support with shopping and household essentials

If you care for a child with a life-limiting or life-threatening condition we may be able to help you get emergency support with food shopping or household essentials.

We can make referrals to Rosie’s Rainbow Pantry, which can provide a food shop delivered to your door. It’s free and the food is chosen especially for you and is intended to provide a week’s worth of meals.

We can also refer families to BBC Children in Need’s Emergency Essentials programme, which provides items to families living in vulnerability or crisis. This might include a bed or cot, a cooker for a hot meal, furniture, clothing or other items.
