As the Data & Impact Analyst at Together for Short Lives, Katerina works across quantitative and qualitative data, translating complex evidence into insight that informs services, strategy and impact. The role builds organisational data capability, strengthening data literacy, standardising outcome monitoring and supporting robust evaluation and reporting across internal and external audiences.

Her wider professional work spans clinical practice, higher education and research as a psychotherapist, researcher and educator. With over a decade of experience across healthcare, humanitarian and community settings internationally, her work brings together clinical knowledge, research and critical questions of equity, representation and access.
