Our people
Lesley is Director of Care and Family Services at Claire House Children’s Hospice in Liverpool and a member of our Advisory Council.
She has been a Children’s Nurse for over 30 years, supporting babies, children, and young adults with a wide range of palliative and end-of-life care needs.
Lesley is a trained Clinical Supervisor and an accredited Advanced Communication Skills Facilitator, regularly leading training across the Northwest Palliative Care Network and beyond. She was the first nurse appointed to the Executive Committee of the Association of Paediatric Palliative Medicine, and today Chairs their Faculty of Nurse Education, taking the lead in organisation of their annual nursing conference.
