Stephanie McConville

Stephanie is a parent and bereaved mum to teenage twins Talitha and Alex, and a member of our Advisory Council. Her son Alex, who had quadriplegic cerebral palsy and dystonia, died in September 2023 aged nearly 14.

Stephanie is passionate about using her lived experience to advocate for improvements to long-term hospital care, hospice support, and community-based palliative care for seriously ill children across the UK. She enjoys volunteering with her local Community Hub, which supports vulnerable residents, and brings with her professional insights from across legal, telecoms and local government organisations.
