Tracy Jones

Tracy is a member of our Advisory Council and Director of Family Wellbeing & Outreach Services at Tŷ Hafan Children’s Hospice, where she has worked for more than 15 years.

She also has many years experience as a local authority social worker, specialising in the care and fostering of medically complex children and those with life-limiting conditions.

Tracy has led service development initiatives at board level and continues to play an active role in public affairs efforts advocating for children’s hospices in Wales. She is passionate about patient-centred care, having led establishment of a Youth Board and a Parent Engagement Group, and worked on several multistakeholder projects involving children’s hospice care leaders.
