This workshop is open to all parents caring for a seriously ill child including bereaved parents.
The session will give you time and space to think about your own wellbeing and provide some tips on how to remain resilient. It will be facilitated by Arlene Honeyman who has a professional background covering several disciplines including social work, community development and counselling. She has led two national services providing emotional, spiritual and social support to families and is currently developing a supportive care service at Ashgate Hospice care, an adult hospice setting within Derbyshire. She is also a trustee of Together for Short Lives.
Places are limited so please only book a place if you are able to attend to allow others to take part.
