Once the donation has completed

• Confirm the payment has gone through
• Let them know a letter will be sent in the post to confirm their donation
• If they have signed up for a monthly gift inform them a welcome pack will be with them in the post shortly
• Thank them again for their support and for taking the time to call in
• Ask if there is anything else you can help with
