Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice is excited to announce a new rotational job opportunity for an Integrated Care Team Nurse. Join our dedicated team and spearhead our innovative approach to delivering both planned and responsive, direct clinical care.

Role Overview:
As an Integrated Care Team Nurse, you will work collaboratively as part of a nurse-led service to provide high-quality care to babies, children, and young people in their preferred location.

Key Responsibilities:
• Delivering planned and responsive direct clinical care.
• Working collaboratively within a nurse-led service.
• Providing high-quality care to babies, children, and young
people.
• Flexibly working in different settings, including community and hospice environments.
• Leading day and night shifts in the hospice.
Key Attributes:
• Confidence, engagement, and flexibility are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications:
• NMC Registered Nurse.
