Integrated Care Team Nursing Associate (NMC Registered)

Location: Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice

Salary: £27,795

Hours: 37.5 (part-time may also be considered 24, 30 or 36 hours)

Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice is excited to announce a further job opportunity to develop our workforce of Nursing Associates who will work flexibly between hospice and community settings. Join our dedicated team and spearhead our innovative approach to delivering both planned and responsive, direct clinical care.

Our support services are wide-ranging and bespoke to each family and include end-of-life care, symptom management, post-death care, short breaks, counselling, sibling support groups, music therapy, counselling, and more. We work with staffing ratios that allow us to deliver high-quality, holistic care tailored for each child and family.

Role Overview:

As an Integrated Care Team Nursing Associate, you will work collaboratively as part of a nurse-led service to provide high-quality care to babies, children, and young people in their preferred location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering planned and responsive direct clinical care.
  • Working collaboratively within a nurse-led service.
  • Providing high-quality care to babies, children, and young people.
  • Flexibly working in different settings, including community and hospice environments.

Key Attributes:

  • Confidence, engagement, and flexibility are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications:

  • NMC Registered Nursing Associate.
