Terms and Conditions for Together for Short Lives Carabao Cup Final Raffle
These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions, and by participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions and by the decision of the Promoter, which is final in all matters relating to the promotion. Please retain a copy for your information.
Promoter: Together for Short Lives, Suite 1B, Whitefriars, Lewins Mead, Bristol, BS1 2NT. Do not send communications to this address. This is an online competition only. Please note that the EFL is not the promoter of this raffle and has no involvement in its operation. The promoter of this raffle is Together for Short Lives.
Eligibility: Promotion open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland) aged 18 years and over, except employees and families of the Promoter and its affiliate companies, agencies, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion. Excludes residents of the Channel Islands and Isle of Man.
Promotional Period: The Promotional Period shall begin at 08:30am GMT on 24th February 2025 and close at 23:59pm GMT on 6th March 2025.
Entry Instructions: To enter the Promotion, participants must visit the Together for Short Lives raffle page on Raffal and complete the entry form.
Prizes: There is one (1) prize to be won. The prize consists of two (2) General Admission Tickets to the Carabao Cup Final, due to take place on Sunday, 16th March 2025 at Wembley Stadium, London. Please refer to the EFL Terms at the Schedule to this document, which shall apply in relation to the redemption of the Prize and attendance at the Carabao Cup Final.
Winner selection:
- Every participant who enters the Promotion during the Promotional Period will be entered into a draw for a chance to win the Prize. At the end of the Promotional Period, one (1) Winner will be chosen by the Promoter from all entrants using a randomised computer process (Raffall).
- The Winner will be contacted via the email address provided during entry.
- The Winner shall have a period of 24 hours to reply to the Promoter’s notification email in order to claim the prize. Should the Winner fail to reply within this period, they shall forfeit the prize, and the Promoter shall select an alternative Winner using the same process
The Winner:
- The following details are required from the Winner and their guest: Name, Date of Birth, Email Address, Home Address (including postcode & supporting team). The Winner and their guest will be seated in the section for their supporting team, permitting they have entered the specific raffle.
- Winners must be aged 18 or over, and their guest must be at least 17 or accompanied by an adult.
- The Winner and their guest must comply with all terms and conditions set by the EFL, Wembley Stadium, and relevant authorities.
- No refunds or compensation will be provided if the match is rescheduled, postponed, delayed, or cancelled.
- The EFL will be provided with the Winner’s details for prize administration. Their information may be checked against club banning orders and police databases. Winners are responsible for the behaviour of their guests.
- Tickets must be collected on match day at Wembley Stadium with valid photo ID. Tickets will not be released without proper identification.
- The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. It may not be sold or transferred to a third party.
General:
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, or damaged entries.
- Incomplete entries or those not in accordance with the entry instructions will not be accepted.
- Winners’ surnames and counties may be made available upon request.
- Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. The Promoter reserves the right to award a similar alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
- The Promoter is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages sustained as a result of entering the competition, accepting the prize, or attending the event.
- If circumstances outside the Promoter’s control affect the proper operation of the promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions.
- By entering the promotion, entrants consent to the processing of their personal data by the Promoter for the administration of the promotion and related purposes.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and disqualify participants who breach these terms or gain unfair advantage.
- Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. Once all prizes have been administered, personal data will be deleted unless consent has been given for further communications.
- This promotion and these terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
Schedule
EFL Terms:
- The Winner of any prize including tickets is not permitted to sell or transfer the tickets to a third party without prior written consent from the event organiser.
- The prize includes match tickets only. Travel, accommodation, insurance, and other expenses are the responsibility of the Winner and their guest.
- Ticket collection details will be provided by the Promoter. Tickets may only be collected by the Winner, who must present valid photo ID.
- The EFL will be notified of the identity of ticket Winners and their guests. Checks will be conducted against club banning orders and police databases.
- The Promoter, event organiser, or stadium operators reserve the right to refuse entry or remove individuals for failure to comply with event policies or inappropriate behaviour.
- The match date and time are subject to change. The event organiser reserves the right to reschedule without liability.
