NHS England: Building a strong integrated care system across England

NHS England has called for views on its proposals for building stronger and more effective integrated care systems across England.

The consultation document sets out two models to meet this goal without, according to NHS England, triggering an unnecessary and distracting top down NHS reorganisation. NHS England say both models would enable better planning, shaping and delivery of services across health and social care.
