NICE: Babies, children and young people’s experience of healthcare
The National Institute of Health and Care Excellence (NICE) has opened a consultation on its draft guidance for babies, children and young people’s experience of healthcare.
The guideline describes good patient experience for babies, children and young people, and how it can be delivered. It recognises that parents or carers play a key role, and their views have been taken into account where appropriate when developing the recommendations.
It aims to make sure that all babies, children and young people using NHS services have the best possible experience of care.
