NICE Guideline: Disabled children and young people up to 25 with severe complex needs: integrated service delivery and organisation across health, social care and education
The National Institute of Health and Care Excellence (NICE) is consulting on a new guideline for disabled children and young people with severe complex needs.
The guideline covers support that these children and young people up should receive up until the age of 25. This includes:
- Recommendations on support for all disabled children and young people with severe complex needs
- Recommendations on specialist support for disabled children and young people with particular needs
- Recommendations on working culture, training, service organisation, integration and commissioning
