No parent caring for a seriously ill child should struggle to get the care they need.

Recently, our Helpline calls have been increasing from nurses and family support professionals who work at children’s hospices across the UK

They’re reaching out for help because the families they care for are struggling. They’re struggling financially, emotionally, and practically because there’s a lack of support services in their hometown. This must change.

There’s a care crisis in the UK and families can’t get the support they need on their doorstep. They turn to their local children’s hospices who are already stretched beyond their limits trying to help families in need.

We’ve helped over 400 families in the last year, by providing the practical and financial support they needed. Many have come to us via a children’s hospice nurse, desperate to help.

But we shouldn’t have to be there to pick up the pieces.

It’s our mission to make sure that every seriously ill child and their family gets the support they need, when and where they need it.

We’ll continue to advocate, campaign, and lobby the Government to fix the system that seriously ill children and families find themselves in. But we need your help to make our voice even louder.
